[Dig] the galaxy creature

This draw is here because I wanted to try ryky 's tutorial about glowing stuff.
It's a tutorial using paint tool sai but well... it works for photoshop too x)
I've used the same technique to do the "shadow" parts.

This character was drew a long time ago but I decided to color it today ^-^ It's... hylidia's true form. (I also have to do a better ref for her...)

I'm really proud of this draw! thanks to the tutorial
